Washing one’s hands and limiting contact with as many people as possible (a.k.a. social distancing) are still the best ways to stay healthy. For those of us where traveling is Essential right now, WE are a safe alternative to public transportation.

Your chauffeur will greet you by name, but will not shake hands with you.

Your chauffeur will open doors for you, but will handle baggage at your preference.

Vehicle fan is set to fresh air only. No re-circulated air will be allowed.



  • Children’s safety is one of our top priorities! Thus, we offer front-facing, rear-facing, and booster car seats. All of our drivers go through proper training on car seat installation. 
  • Our car seats are disinfected, cleaned, and installed before we arrive to pick you up.


  • We have a ZERO TOLERENCE policy. Our drivers are screened and drug tested for your safety.
  • Our chauffeurs go through detailed training before they are dispatched out.
  • Our chauffeurs and clients are covered in our commercialinsurance policy as required by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC)


  • Vehicle maintenance is one of our top priorities because client safety.
  • All of our vehicles are maintained regularly and kept to the highest standards.
  • Our vehicles are vacuumed and washed multiple times throughout the day and detailed on a regular basis.
  • Our vehicles have all pass daily multi-point inspections and go through various rigorous tests on a regular basis.


  • We use to process credit cards and SSL to secure credit card transactions.
  • Once your credit card details have been entered for a reservation it becomes secure. We can only view the last 4 digits. This is to insure the protection of cardholder’s details.

CNL Executive’s COVID19 Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures

The following SSOP’s are based on CDC guidelines for commercial motor carriers, in conjunction with California Public Health department. Below are the daily SSOP’s required for Private Car/Limo Service following the COVID-19 shutdown.

  • Drivers at the start of their shift will be asked how they feel and if they have any symptoms commonly associated with COVID-19.
  • No driver will be allowed to work if they state they are ill or if they are experiencing symptoms commonly associated with COVID-19
  • Drivers are required to wear face masks while guests are in the vehicle or while staging, loading or unloading in public areas
  • Passengers will not be permitted in the front passenger seat
  • Drivers are to avoid physical contact with passengers (handshakes, assisting in and out of vehicle, etc.)
  • Vehicle A/C airflow control is not to be set to recirculate the air
  • Drivers will be required to wipe down luggage handles sanitizing them prior to and after handling luggage.
  • Following each transport the driver is required to sanitize the vehicle by wiping down all touch points including but not limited to armrests, seats, door handles, rear controls, etc.
